Our 2025 Sibling Days
We are delighted to announce the locations of our 2025 Sibling Days!
We’re thrilled to share the details of this year’s four special Sibling Days- free, fun-filled events designed especially for bereaved siblings and their families. These days offer a unique chance for children, parents, and carers to come together in supportive, welcoming spaces where they can connect, meet other families, and create memories.
We’re proud to be working collaboratively with Me and My Therapy and Stand By Me Bereavement Support, who will each run the bereavement workshops, providing valuable support alongside the fun and connection.
What are Sibling Days?
Sibling Days are carefully crafted events that combine engaging activities with gentle bereavement support. They are for the whole family- siblings who have experienced bereavement, along with the adults who support them. Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where families can feel understood, share experiences, and find comfort alongside others who “get it.”
Each Sibling Day includes plenty of opportunities for fun and discovery, paired with expert-led workshops that help children and families navigate their grief with kindness and compassion.
Where are we going?
This year, we’re delighted to be hosting Sibling Days at four amazing venues across the UK, each offering a different experience for families:
London Zoo
London Zoo is one of the world’s most famous and oldest scientific zoos, home to over 750 species of animals, from majestic lions and playful penguins to curious monkeys and vibrant birds.
Set in the heart of Regent’s Park, it offers families the chance to explore immersive habitats, learn about wildlife conservation, and get up close to incredible creatures from around the globe.
For siblings and their families, it’s a magical space to connect with nature, enjoy learning, and find moments of joy together.
Eureka!
The National Children’s Museum, Halifax
Eureka! is the UK’s only national museum dedicated entirely to children’s learning through play. It offers a vibrant, interactive environment where curious minds can explore hands-on exhibits covering science, technology, engineering, and creativity.
From stepping inside a giant mouth to discover how the human body works, to running a shop or solving optical illusions, Eureka! sparks imagination and learning in a fun and engaging way- making it the perfect place for young people to play, learn, and connect.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour, London
The Making of Harry Potter
Step into the magical world of Harry Potter at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, where families can explore authentic sets, props, and costumes from the incredible films.
From walking through the Great Hall to discovering the secrets behind special effects, this immersive experience sparks imagination and wonder for fans of all ages.
For bereaved siblings and their families, it offers a joyful escape filled with shared stories, creativity, and moments of magic- alongside supportive workshops to help them connect.
Chill Factore
The UK's longest indoor ski slope
Chill Factore is the UK’s longest indoor real snow slope, offering an exciting winter wonderland experience all year round. Families can enjoy activities like sledging, sliding, and snow play in the Snow Park, perfect for adventurous kids aged 4 and up.
Beyond the fun of snow and winter sports, Chill Factore provides a welcoming space where siblings and their families can relax, connect, and take part in gentle, expert-led bereavement workshops. It’s a unique day of adventure, support, and togetherness in a cool, snowy setting.
