Everything on our site is totally free! But, if you are using our resources during a for profit service or represent a large charity, we expect a small donation to help cover costs. Without these donations we could not run.

Could you donate £9 towards the cost of your order? We really do only run our charity, with the generosity of donations. Therefore, any support goes straight back into helping us support more bereaved siblings. Click on the ‘Donate’ tab above, if you’re able to help!

If you’re ordering on a weekday, we aim to get it dispatched that day. It should get to you within two business days. Sometimes that can take a bit longer.

Delivery is also free, just please remember our order limits and please speak to us if you’re a large charity, using our items during a for profit service or supporting non siblings, as in these cases we need a donation to help cover our running costs.

Orders must only be supporting bereaved siblings.

Please do not order more than five of any item and please only order what you need.

For example, if you’re a school it is unlikely you’ll need five of every item at this specific time. Over ordering means those that need our resources may have to wait longer.

If you need to order more than the maximum quantity, that is fine. Please just email us hello@siblingsupport.co.uk telling us how many of what you’d like to order.

If you’re ordering multiple items as a large charity or for profit purposes we will require a donation.

No. You’ll be asked to enter your card details, but please don’t put anything in, you can just skip this section.

To save money for the charity we’re using an off the shelf checkout system which won’t let us delete the card details section, but you can just skip past it.
