Whether your a Teacher preparing for the Grief Awareness Mandatory Curriculm, or a parent preparing for supporting your child who is home educated, we will support you to overcome the ‘taboo’ that talking about death and grief, often brings.
Grief Awareness is now a mandatory component of the school curriculum.
We are here to make sure you are confident in how you teach this subject.
As a class teacher, are you looking for a downloadable resource that you can use with your primary school class? Maybe as a parent or Home Education Tutor, you’re wanting to make sure that you approach to topic of Grief Awareness, sensitively and appropriately?
Our Sibling Grief training uses tools as techniques provided by Bereaved Siblings that we have supported.

We offer downloadable resources, Training to Teachers and Parents and advice on appropriate books to help you with your teaching.

We offer training virtually. Dependant on your location, we can also come out to you in person. Please contact us at hello@siblingsupport.co.uk with specific requirements.

Our resources are free to access via the resources page on our website and a cost based on your needs is charged for our training

Your training will be delivered by a qualified facilitator in our team, who has lived experience of sibling grief

Although we’re able to base training on your needs, we also have pre-prepared courses include “Sibling Grief Awareness” and “Grief Awareness and how to maintain Professional Resilience.”
