Staying active and keeping fit is a great way to help grief. Why not try some yoga?

It acts as a mental and physical workout, and we think it can be pretty fun too.

Fizz has worked with Sibling Support to make a series of videos to guide you.

Yoga has been happening for thousands of years. People do yoga for many reasons including staying fit, relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga isn’t for everyone, and it won’t make pain and sadness disappear, but it does help some siblings cope better.

As well as the 15 minute session above, Fizz has made some shorter sessions as well.

It’s really important to speak to those around you if you’re feeling sad, angry or confused. These videos will guide you through different things you can do to help with some of those emotions.

The following videos have been designed with kids in mind, but that doesn’t stop teens and adults also finding them useful.
